Coach Kendall Love’s thoughts on the wrestling season that just wrapped up.
“We wrestled a great tournament. We had several guys avenging earlier defeats and wrestled about as good as they could have. I am very proud of their performance. We had ten state placers (out of 14 wt classes). This is probably the most state placers ever for Commerce so they should be congratulated”.

Nick Arostegui – State Champion 152 lbs
Terrence Martin- State Runner-up 160 lbs
Tyler Austin- State Runner-up 171 lbs
Josh Streetman- State Runner-up 189 lbs
Casey Drinkard- 3rd 135 lbs
Addison Davis- 4th 140 lbs
Jon Cash -4th 145 lbs
Serguio Rojas- 4th 285 lbs (first year wrestler)
Josh Westmoreland- 6th 119 lbs
Cole Ledford- 6th 130 lb
